Booking Conditions
Financial Security
In accordance with “The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992” all passengers booking with Inside Track are fully Insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all
monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from the
cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency
of Inside Track. A certificate detailing cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. Please ensure that you have been given the
appropriate certificate(s) at the time of booking. This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through IGI Insurance Company Limited.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients arrange travel insurance. For your protection
and peace of mind we have arranged a Special Holiday Travel Insurance Scheme
with AXA Insurance (UK) plc who are authorised and regulated by the Financial
Services Authority.
We summarise below the details of the insurance cover provided, which also
includes INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL RESCUE – 24-hour emergency service. The following is a brief summary of the cover
available. Full details of Cover, Policy Warranties and Exclusions will be
forwarded with your booking confirmation. In any event you may ask for a
specimen copy of the Policy Wording before booking should you wish to examine
this in advance.

Insurance Premium
Policy excesses; - Loss of deposit £10 each insured person increased to £35 for Cancellation or Curtailment and £30 for Medical Expenses, Personal Property and Personal Money.
In the policy you will receive there are Pre Travel Medical conditions – please refer to these. If you feel you cannot comply with any of these conditions please complete the
accompanying form and return to the address supplied for medical screening and
authorisation.
The premiums shown below are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax at the current
rate.
Premiums for children under the age of 16 are charged at 50%.
Persons aged 80 and over requiring insurance cover should complete the Pre
Travel Medical conditions form (obtainable through Inside Track) and submit
directly to the insurers for a personalised quote.
Premiums are payable at time of booking and non-refundable, other than 14 days
cooling off period.
Tour Deposit
To secure your reservation a deposit of £75 is required for each passenger at the time of booking.
Balance and Full Payment
Once the deposit is paid and we have confirmed the booking the balance due must
be paid not later than 60 days prior to departure. Failure to do so may render
the booking void and the deposit forfeit. For tours departing within 60 days of
booking full payment will, of course, be due when booking.
Cancellation
(a) Should you cancel your booking, Inside Track reserves the right to impose
the following cancellation charges in respect of the whole booking value:-
1. More than 42 days prior to departure - Loss of Deposit
2. 42 - 28 days prior to departure - 30%
3. 27 - 14 days prior to departure - 45%
4. 13 - 7 days prior to departure - 60%
5. 6 - Day of departure or after - 100%
(b) All cancellation charges are per person per tour.
(c) Inside Track reserves the right, in any circumstances to cancel any tour
offered in this brochure. In this event a refund, in full (including any
insurance premium paid) of all monies paid will be made. Alternatively you may
be offered another tour of similar value and duration subject to availability.
You are free to accept either option without penalty.
(d) However, Inside Track will not cancel a tour within 30 days of departure
unless for reasons beyond our control, e.g. war, riot, strike, act of
Government or God.
Booking Changes or Amendments
Inside Track reserves the right to apply a charge of £15 per person where a passenger or passengers make a significant change to their
booking. This would not apply where cancellation charges are applicable.
Expenses
Inside Track will not be responsible for any delay, or expense arising from
failure to join a tour on time or, whilst on tour, to comply with itinerary as
notified by the driver/courier.
Hotels
All hotels used by Inside Track are specified by name in this brochure. In
exceptional circumstances Inside Track may substitute these with other hotels
of a similar standard without prior notification. If you have any complaint
regarding your hotel, notify your courier and the hotel management immediately.
If the matter cannot be rectified or resolved to your satisfaction on the spot,
please notify Inside Track within 30 days of your holiday.

Booking Confirmation
Whilst every step is taken to ensure all details are correct we ask that on
receipt of your documentation you check the details and notify us immediately
of any problems.
Price
Prices in this brochure are V.A.T. inclusive and calculated from coach, hotel,
railway and entrance costs as at 1st November 2007. Should costs fluctuate for
unforeseen reasons then Inside Track reserves the right to increase or decrease
prices accordingly. This condition will not apply once a balance has been paid
or within 30 days of departure.
Carriers and National Conditions
You are advised that all rail and coach carriage will be in vehicles owned or
operated by Operators other than Inside Track. The Conditions of Carriage of
those Operators apply and are subject to National conditions that may limit or
exclude liability. Your contract made under the terms of this agreement is
subject to English law and jurisdiction.
Itineraries
The itineraries shown in this brochure are outline only and subject to
variation. The tour content, however, very seldom changes but should any
revised itinerary represent significant devaluation, then appropriate refunds
will be made.
Children
Children’s fares vary according to holiday and date. In general prices for the very young
(0-3) are nominal to cover administration only and for older children (4-14)
about 60% of the full price. Please enquire for further details.
PREMIUMS
Currency Fluctuation Clause
(Applicable to foreign holidays)
We have to reserve the right to adjust our sterling price should the exchange
rate vary significantly, but if an increase is necessary you will have the
right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
